Excellent stay near the Metro
helpful staff lake view
The room was clean and new. My children enjoyed the really good breakfast and chocolate drinks. The reception staff was helpful with printing our flight check-in details, which I appreciated. We also had a nice lake view from the room.
The hotel is near a hospital. I was not aware of this connection before my arrival. This could be an issue for some guests.

comfortable stay near the metro
large room english speaker big breakfast
the room was quite large i found a bed and a hide a bed couch. there was a living room area and a big bathroom i liked that. the staff members spoke good english they were helpful with everything. breakfast had a big spread with fruit yogurt breads meat cheeses sausage bacon boiled or scrambled egg and cereal.
i called about early check-in and was told no, but they stored luggage. our room had no air conditioning only a fan it helped though.

the double or twin room included a television and a fan. a large window offered natural light and fresh air. it was easy to relax in the clean and organized space.

the hotel is near an underground train station it is less than a five minute walk. taking the stairs or elevator to the main road is simple. walking up the hill to the hotel is also easy.

breakfast provided fruit yogurt breads meat cheeses sausage and bacon. boiled or scrambled eggs were available as well as cereal. self serve coffee and juice were readily accessible each morning.

staff members helped me figure out my phone to get internet access. they gave us an umbrella to borrow on a rainy day. they also stored our luggage when we checked out.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
quality food friendly staff efficient service big room
I found the breakfast buffet had a REALLY big choice! There was quality food, so I stuffed myself with everything. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I felt so welcome there. I found the hotel room quite big, so there was plenty of space for my stuff.
I noticed that one of the elevators made a slight squeaking noise.

hospital proximity unsettling atmosphere
The breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options to choose from.
I found the hotel's proximity to the hospital unsettling. Sharing common areas with patients created an atmosphere I didn't expect and didn't appreciate. The constant reminder of a medical environment detracted from the experience I hoped for.
